Non-Returnable Items
To protect our crafting community, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used ball point paint & supplies (hygiene reasons)
- Beaded items where beads may have been removed
- Digital patterns or books (instant download products)
- Personalized banners or calendars
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges of equal value:
- No additional shipping charges if using the same shipping method
